About 1.5 miles into my run this evening, this image from the movie Anchorman popped into my head:
Only instead of Will Ferrell, picture me, covered head to toe in about a gallon of sweat, and panting like an 80-year-old chain smoker climbing a flight of stairs. It was soooooo hot out. RUNNING WAS A BAD CHOICE.
