There are 3 main reasons why I have started this blog.

1) I have read about a billion articles about how keeping an ongoing log of your mileage (and thoughts from your workouts) will help improve your performance as a runner. Also, I follow a couple of other runner mom blogs, and I will confess that I want to be just like them.

2) I do a lot of internal processing on my runs, and it seems like it would be a good idea to record some of it. You know... for posterity. Or for my own ego. I'm not sure which.

3) My husband and mom can only listen to me talk about running for so long. And I could talk about it forever, given the opportunity. :)

I won't promise any interesting (or even insightful) content. I'm pretty new to running myself, but I have faith that this will be a long relationship... therefore I want to track my journey.
